Responsibilities
  1. Interacting with customers for understanding and troubleshooting the reported issues.
  2. Performing detailed analysis on customer issues to determine the root cause.
  3. Proposing possible solutions for the resolving the issues.
  4. Timely and effectively responding to customers.
  5. Setup Virtual Machines and environment for customer access.
  6. Deployment and Troubleshoot production issues.
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
  1. Hands-on Java/J2EE programming and diagnostic experience
  2. Configuration and support of enterprise software applications
  3. Knowledge of RDBMS, including the ability to write complex SQL queries
  4. Knowledge of Linux and Unix server operating systems
  5. System Administrator experience.
  6. Exposure to AWS and related would be huge plus
  7. BE / BTech / MCA with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  8. Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Working hours
Due to the nature of the work, the candidate may be required work in shifts or on weekends.
