The ideal candidate will be passionate about crowd sourcing and working with a large community. You can put yourself in the shoes of your clients and can help prioritize requests.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers for understanding and troubleshooting the reported issues.
- Performing detailed analysis on customer issues to determine the root cause.
- Proposing possible solutions for the resolving the issues.
- Timely and effectively responding to customers.
- Setup Virtual Machines and environment for customer access.
- Deployment and Troubleshoot production issues.
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
- Hands-on Java/J2EE programming and diagnostic experience
- Configuration and support of enterprise software applications
- Knowledge of RDBMS, including the ability to write complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix server operating systems
- System Administrator experience.
- Exposure to AWS and related would be huge plus
- BE / BTech / MCA with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Working hours
Due to the nature of the work, the candidate may be required work in shifts or on weekends.
